Ingrediants:

Organic cinnamon, organic green tea (20%), organic spearmint, organic cardamom, organic ginger, organic cloves, organic black pepper, cinnamon extract, organic ginger oil.

How to use :

To enjoy this delicate blend of green tea leaves and spices, pour freshly boiled water over a tea bag into a cup. Leave to infuse for 7 minutes or longer for a more intense aroma. Inhale the fragrance of the mixture before adding your favorite sweetener or milk.
